Business Update - Don't Worry, We Will Be Back!

Dear Hippy Pop Community,

We hope this message finds you healthy and happy. We want to provide an update on Hippy Pop and let you know what's going on behind the scenes. As you may have noticed, we're currently out of stock on our website and it's been taking us longer than expected to restock our inventory. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we want to reassure you that we're working hard to get back in stock as soon as possible.

We're a small business and we're facing some challenges due to the current situation in the world. One of the biggest issues we're facing is a shortage of bags and increase in costs, which is why we're out of inventory. We know that many of you have been waiting patiently for our popcorn, and we want to thank you for your continued support. We're doing everything we can to get more bags and we hope to have them soon. However, it's been a long and expensive process, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Additionally, we want to inform you that all outstanding orders have been refunded as we are waiting for more inventory. We again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

We have also had a take a step back and evaluate our business model, as we know that repeating the same thing over and over again that isn’t working can lead to insanity. So we’re going to switch things up with a fresh start and outlook, and hopefully figure out how we can continue making you the highest quality popcorn for years to come. We have definitely had some growing pains, but we are set on working through them and coming out the other side stronger than before. 

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and loyalty. Without you, we wouldn't be here today. We value each and every one of you and we want to keep you updated on our progress. We're committed to bringing you the highest quality popcorn, made with organic popcorn and spices, non-GMO oils, and non-fortified and non-GMO nutritional yeast. We believe in our product, and though admittedly we have been close to throwing in the towel, we're working hard to get it back in your hands.
